The Site describes design, development, and related services. Any actual engagement begins only after we exchange a written proposal or services agreement and you accept it. Descriptions on the Site are general in nature — the definitive scope of any project is the one written into your agreement with us.
2. Pricing
Prices shown on the Site are listed as “starting at” figures and are for general guidance only. Final pricing for any specific engagement is confirmed in a written proposal or services agreement. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer or quote.
3. No guarantees of results
We do our work with care and craft, but the internet is the internet. We do not and cannot guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic volumes, lead counts, revenue, or any other business outcome. Testimonials and examples reflect particular clients' experiences and are not a promise of similar results.
4. Intellectual property
Your work product
Upon full payment for an engagement, the final deliverables we produce specifically for you — typically the designs, code, and content we create under your written agreement — belong to you, subject to any third-party licenses (for example, fonts, stock assets, or open-source components) noted in your agreement.
Pre-existing tools and the Site itself
We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, methods, and know-how, as well as any general components we reuse across projects. The Site itself — including its copy, layout, design, and underlying code — is owned by 37SOLUTIONS, LLC and may not be copied, republished, or used to train machine-learning models without our written permission.
5. Third-party services
The Site and our services may rely on third-party providers (for example, email delivery, hosting, bot protection). Your use of those providers' services is also governed by their own terms. We choose providers carefully but are not responsible for their outages or changes.
6. Acceptable use
Your use of the Site is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Don't use the contact form for spam, solicitations, or abusive messages.
7. Disclaimer of warranties

10. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for any dispute lies in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the effective date above. Material changes will be reasonably flagged. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
