Concierge Web Design is operated by 37SOLUTIONS, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains what information we collect through https://www.conciergewebdesign.com, how we use it, and the limited set of third-party processors that help us operate the site. We keep this short and plain on purpose.
Information we collect
We only collect what you actively send us through the contact form:
- Your name
- Your email address
- The subject line and message you write
- Any project-type checkboxes you select
We do not ask for, store, or process payment information through this site. We do not run advertising networks, and we do not build marketing profiles from visitors.
How we use your information
- To reply to your inquiry and have a conversation about your project.
- To follow up — once — if an initial reply goes unanswered.
- To keep internal records of past client conversations and agreements.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. Full stop.
Service providers we rely on
Two specific third parties help us operate the contact form. We name them here so you know exactly where your message travels:
- Mailgun(by Sinch) acts as our email delivery processor. When you submit the contact form, the contents are delivered to our inbox via Mailgun's transactional email service. See Mailgun's privacy policy.
- Cloudflare provides infrastructure services, including the Turnstile widget we use to distinguish humans from bots on the contact form. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Analytics and tracking
By default, this site runs no analytics, ad pixels, or cross-site tracking. If we add a privacy-respecting analytics tool in the future, this policy will be updated before it goes live, and the new effective date will be posted at the top of this page.
Cookies
Cookie use is minimal. We use only what's necessary for the site to function (for example, a short-lived session cookie and whatever Cloudflare Turnstile requires to verify you're human). We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Data retention
We keep contact-form messages for as long as we have an active working relationship with you, plus a reasonable period afterward for business records. You can ask us to delete your data at any time — see the section below.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete any personal information you've sent to us. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe. There's no special form — just email privacy@conciergewebdesign.com.
Children
This site is intended for business use. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we make meaningful changes, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. Substantive changes will be clearly flagged.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States.
