About

One person. Real work. No handoffs to a junior.

I've been building websites for business owners for a long time — long enough to have strong opinions about what makes a site actually work, and what's a waste of your money.

Concierge Web Design is a one-person practice. When you hire me, you get me — not a sales rep, not a project manager, not a junior designer who joined the team last quarter. I scope the work, do the work, and hand it off properly when we're done.

For things outside my lane — logo design, brand identity, serious copywriting — I partner with people I trust and have worked with for years. You still deal with me. I handle the coordination, the timelines, and the accountability. That's the whole point.

How I work

Three things I won't budge on.

Transparency first

You'll know what's included, what's not, and what happens if scope changes. Proposals are plain English.

You own everything

Credentials, files, repos — they're yours on day one, not held hostage. We document the handoff.

I outsource design, not accountability

When I bring in a partner for design or copy, I still coordinate everything. You deal with one person.

Tools & stack

What I build with.

A short list of dependable tools, picked because they get out of the way. No stack chasing.
