Acceptable Use Policy

Effective date: [effective date]

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to everyone who uses https://www.conciergewebdesign.com and, where applicable, to client websites we host through https://www.conciergewebhosting.com. Concierge Web Design is operated by 37SOLUTIONS, LLC.

The point of this policy is simple: keep things useful for real prospects and real clients, and keep the lights on for everyone else.

1. Using the contact form

The contact form on this Site is for legitimate project inquiries. It may not be used to:

  • Send unsolicited sales pitches, SEO solicitations, or cold offers of services.
  • Send bulk, automated, or scripted submissions.
  • Send abusive, threatening, harassing, or deceptive messages.
  • Attempt to inject code, test payloads, or probe the Site for vulnerabilities without prior written authorization.
  • Impersonate another person or organization.

Messages that violate these rules will be ignored, deleted, and — if warranted — reported to the originating email provider or network operator.

2. Repeat abuse

We reserve the right to block repeat abuse at the network, email, or form level, including by IP address, email domain, or other technical signal. No warning is required.

3. Hosted client sites

If we are hosting your site through https://www.conciergewebhosting.com, you agree that the hosted site will not be used to:

  • Host content that is unlawful in the jurisdictions we operate in.
  • Distribute malware, phishing pages, cryptomining scripts, or any code designed to harm or deceive visitors.
  • Infringe on anyone else's intellectual property, including unlicensed copyrighted material, counterfeit goods, or trademarked brands you don't have the right to use.
  • Send unsolicited bulk email (spam), whether from the site's own mail system or from a connected third-party service.
  • Host content that sexually exploits minors, incites violence, or is otherwise prohibited by our upstream infrastructure providers.
  • Knowingly participate in denial-of-service attacks or other activity that degrades shared infrastructure.

4. Enforcement

Violations may result in any of the following, at our discretion and without prior notice when circumstances require it:

  • Removal of the specific offending content.
  • Temporary suspension of the site or account.
  • Termination of services, consistent with your written services agreement.
  • Referral to law enforcement where legally required.

Where possible, we'll tell you what we found and give you a reasonable chance to fix it first.

5. Reporting abuse

If you believe a site we host is violating this policy, email legal@conciergewebdesign.com with the URL and a short description. We investigate every report.

6. Governing law

This AUP is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States.

7. Changes

We may update this AUP as our services or the broader threat landscape change. Updates will be posted here with a new effective date.
